As I run for the office of Sheriff, I want to address something directly and openly. My campaign is not about removing dedicated people from their positions or creating fear about job security. I respect the work each of you do every day, and I recognize the dedication, professionalism, and sacrifices you make for our community.

If l am elected, my priority will be to support and strengthen our team - not dismantle it.

My focus will be on improving training, resources, employee well-being, and overall morale. I believe that when deputies feel valued, respected, and supported, they can serve the public more effectively and safely.

This is not about replacing people. It's about building trust, fostering accountability, and making sure we all have the tools and leadership to succeed. I want to work with you, not against you, so together, we can make Brunswick County an even safer place to live and work.
